Pagella is a player and team development platform created by former soccer player and professionally licensed coach and director Mario D'Otolo. The platform is soccer-specific and comes from the creator's love and passion for the sport.

The concept comes from his experience watching Italian soccer games and then reading the players' pagelle (plural of pagella, which means "report card" in Italian) after the games. Pagella brings that same depth of evaluation to youth and amateur teams everywhere — in a way that's fast enough to use after every training and game.
