Pagella is the Soccer Development and Management Platform for Players, Coaches, and Teams, created by former soccer player and professionally licensed coach and director Mario D'Otolo. The platform is soccer-specific and comes from the creator's love and passion for the sport.
The concept comes from his experience watching Italian soccer games and then reading the players' pagelle (plural of pagella, which means "report card" in Italian) after the games. Pagella brings that same depth of evaluation to youth and amateur teams everywhere — in a way that's fast enough to use after every training and game.

Our mission is to provide coaches, clubs, players, and families with meaningful tools that support long-term player and team development and improve communication throughout the season.
